for his company's clients. His extensive background in government
grant negotiations, rate reviews and negotiations, and government
audits and appeals is an invaluable tool in maximizing their resources.
Joe uses his expertise to assist Harrington Group clients with budgeting
and cash flow planning, feasibility studies, program analysis and
cost analysis, client training and seminars, and systems review
of internal controls. |

As an auditing and accounting specialist, Job Quesada brings sixteen years of experience in public accounting, auditing, tax, and pension plan matters to Harrington Group clients. Job started his public accounting career in 1986 at a Big Five firm. Since 1991, he has specialized in not-for-profit agencies in the social services field, including residential agencies, foster family agencies, nonpublic schools, and community mental health agencies. He serves in an advisory position to the Board of Directors of several Los Angeles nonprofit organizations. Job is a member
of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Job earned his
Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Business Management from Brigham
Young University. |

Having served on national United Way planning committees, his understanding of the industry is an asset to Harrington Group. Sean provides audit, tax, and business advisory services for many of our clients that require assistance with accounting and other related areas. From the private
sector, Sean began his career in public accounting with Harrington
Group in June 1996. Sean earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration with a concentration in accounting. He has served
as a member and officer of the Alumni Board of Directors, California
State University of San Bernardino. |

Tonetta L. Conner brings ten years of accounting experience in private accounting, public accounting, and auditing to Harrington Group. Tonetta's audit experience includes the specialized areas of transit authorities, municipalities, and audits of not-for profit agencies in the social services field, including residential, foster family agencies, and community mental health agencies. Tonetta earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the University of California in Berkeley. |
